1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Almonte Electrical Solutions LLC for electrical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Almonte Electrical Solutions provides professional electrical services including but not limited to:

  • Residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
  • Commercial electrical services
  • Electrical panel upgrades and replacements
  • Lighting installation and design
  • Electrical dock and marine services
  • Emergency electrical repairs (24/7)

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Actual conditions discovered during work
  • Changes to the scope of work requested by the customer
  • Unforeseen complications or code compliance requirements

Any changes to the agreed-upon pricing will be communicated and approved before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods:

  • No-fee options: Cash, Check, Zelle
  • 3.6% processing fee: Credit Cards, Venmo, PayPal

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Past-due accounts may be subject to late fees and collection actions.

5. Warranty

All work performed by Almonte Electrical Solutions is covered by a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Defects in workmanship
  • Material failures under normal use

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage caused by tampering or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, lightning strikes, etc.)
  • Accidental physical damage
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Emergency Services: Available 24/7 for urgent electrical issues

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the electrical issue or project
  • Ensure safe access to work areas
  • Have someone 18+ present during service calls
  • Remove or protect valuable items near work areas
  • Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions
  • Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals (we can assist with this)

8. Limitation of Liability

Almonte Electrical Solutions carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Code Compliance

All work is performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes. We are licensed (EC13010465) and insured in the state of Florida.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
